Mission
The league first started in 2016 as the Cross County Basketball League with a few other youth basketball organizations. In 2019, the name changed to the DMV Soaring Stars League. In 2024, the name changed to the 365 Hoops Basketball League. The owner wanted to create a mid-tier competitive youth local league in the Gaithersburg to Bethesda areas for convenience and limit travel to other leagues.

Our mission is to provide a quality, competitive, and safe environment for youth basketball players to compete, reach their full potential. It's our goal to support players developmental growth through the medium of basketball.

The league is built on integrity, honesty, sportsmanship, fairness, transparency, respect, and safety. We are always monitoring players, coaches, fans, and the referees to make sure they are all following league rules and supporting our standards.

Locations: MOCO Schools (Germantown to Bethesda, MD)
9 Game Guaranteed/All teams make playoffs
Games played Saturday and/or Sunday (Some Fridays). Flexible scheduling.
Full Schedule: 10/1/2025
Admission: $5.00 per game/per person or Family Pass $50 (covers 8 regular season games)
