Mission
The league first started in 2016 as the Cross County Basketball League with a few other youth basketball organizations. In 2019, the name changed to the DMV Soaring Stars League. In 2024, the name changed to the 365 Hoops Basketball League. The owner wanted to create a mid-tier competitive youth local league in the Gaithersburg to Bethesda areas for convenience and limit travel to other leagues.

Our mission is to provide a quality, competitive, and safe environment for youth basketball players to compete, reach their full potential. It's our goal to support players developmental growth through the medium of basketball.

The league is built on integrity, honesty, sportsmanship, fairness, transparency, respect, and safety. We are always monitoring players, coaches, fans, and the referees to make sure they are all following league rules and supporting our standards.
About 365 Hoops Basketball League
Boys Summer League is HERE!
Join us this summer for a short season of games and more foundational growth. Games will begin June 14th and end July 11th. All teams must be willing to play during the week after 6pm and on the weekends at Montgomery County Schools in Maryland. We will allow minimal scheduling request to keep it simple and easy. Every team must provide a table person for the games when a table person is not available. Family pass is for all members in your family until the championship game ($5.00 per person).
